Matthew 6:19-34 Whatever we worry about is a master in our lives. We should do our best to give everything to God first, especially when it comes to money. Jesus reminds us that we are the only ones in God's creation that worry. The rest just go about their lives. If we focus on God, He will take care of all our concerns... especially money.

Mark 10:17-31 The "rich young ruler" who visits Jesus in Mark 10 gives us the perfect example of how money can supplant God's place in our heart. God wants us to be happy and prosperous, but He wants to be our priority. When money becomes the priority, we have lost everything.

Luke 16:1-18 This parable can catch us off guard as we expect Jesus to come down hard on bad business practices. Instead he commends the shrewdness! God wants us to do likewise in our financial dealings, with a thought to making our money work for eternity. How can we use our financial blessings to bless others in a way that will lead them to eternity?

Luke 14:25-35 What does it mean to follow Jesus? It is more than just following him around... it is giving up our whole lifestyle and live completely committed to him above all else.
